Our Billing Policy
Helios Medical Rooms is a mixed billing practice. We offer discounted rates to eligible patients including, pensioners, healthcare card holders, and DVA card holders. For all other patients, we charge a private fee with a Medicare rebate available.

Effective 1 April 2025
* Medicare rebates are processed on the spot with your Medicare card.
* Additional fees may apply for procedures and medical supplies.
* A card payment processing fee applies for credit cards, debit cards and EFTPOS payments, including payments made via electronic devices.
Cancellation Policy
We require 4 hours notice for appointment cancellations. A fee may be charged for repeated cancellations at short notice or non-attendance of appointments. Please note that cancellation fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
