After Hours Care Details
For after-hours medical care, call 13 SICK (13 74 25).
Bulk-billed home doctor visits. Available weeknights from 6pm, weekends from 12pm Saturday, and all day Sundays & Public Holidays.
Appointments
We see patients by appointment. Book online or call us on (02) 4288 2524.
Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. For urgent same-day appointments, please call early in the day.
Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients. Just ask when you book.
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Fees & Payment
We are a private billing practice. Some bulk-billing exceptions may apply.
We accept EFTPOS, cash, and contactless payments. Medicare rebates are processed on the spot.

Our doctors can't take calls while with patients, but reception will pass on your message. For medical advice, it's best to book an appointment.
Great for booking enquiries. Please don't email anything urgent or sensitive as it's not secure. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.
Test Results
Your doctor reviews all results. If something is urgent, we'll call you. For routine results, please book a follow-up to discuss them. Results usually take 3–5 business days.
Social Media
Follow us for practice updates. We cannot provide medical advice or discuss your health via social media. Please call or book online for care.

We train medical students and GP registrars as part of their education. You can choose whether a student is present during your consultation.

Privacy & Your Records
Your health information is kept secure and confidential in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We participate in My Health Record. If you need copies of your records, please ask at reception.
