Procedures
Minor Surgery
Removal of skin lesions, cysts, and lipomas under local anaesthetic. Stitches and wound closure. For skin cancer-specific procedures, see our skin cancer page.
Wound Care
Wound assessment, cleaning, dressing, and ongoing management. Suture and staple removal.
Cryotherapy
Freezing treatment for warts, sunspots, and other skin lesions.
Iron Infusions
Intravenous iron therapy for patients with iron deficiency. Takes about 30-60 minutes. What’s involved and what it costs
Monitoring & Testing
ECG (Electrocardiogram) - a quick, non-invasive test that records your heart’s electrical activity. Used to check for heart rhythm problems, chest pain investigation, and pre-operative screening. Results are available immediately.
Blood pressure monitoring - routine checks at every appointment, plus 24-hour ambulatory monitoring if needed.
Nursing Services
Our practice nurse assists with:
- Immunisations for children and adults
- Wound dressings and care
- Health assessments and screening
- Chronic disease monitoring (diabetes, heart disease)
- Ear syringing
On-site Pathology
4Cyte Pathology collects on site Monday to Friday 9am–2pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. After your appointment, you can have blood tests done without leaving the building. No separate booking needed - just walk in with your pathology request. More on pathology and blood tests in Unanderra.
A standard consultation is $100. The Medicare rebate of $45.05 is processed on the spot, leaving $54.95 out of pocket. See all fees.
